Boat Doctor at 858 Farm to Market Road 933, Aquilla, Texas.

This was horrible! If only I had seen this review before dropping our boat off. He is an ass! I should have known when he said he needed up front money for parts. Parts that he likely never ordered! We requested to pick it up the Friday before this Memorial Day. We had given him $800!!!!! 600 in cash and 200$ check. Who doesn't want their boat for Memorial Day??? When I called him on the way down, he says I thought you and your husband said Tuesday after Memorial Day. Huh??? He says when do you need it by, I was like um, tonight (Saturday night, already into Memorial Day Wknd) but no later than Sunday morning. He commented he was going to have to go buy about $100 worth of oil and other fluids. Ok. We drove by Saturday, he wasnt working on it. We called Sunday morning and he said that he broke his toes the night before, and was on crutches and had to call a mechanic in to help and that they had wrong parts???? That they had the wrong starter, and that it was going to take a week for it to come in, but told us when we asked for refund and wanted to pick up boat that there is no refund on parts unless we wanted to wait three weeks. So one week? Three weeks? How about he didn't order, did not work on it, did nothing with our boat. He called saying ready but then said had to rebuild starter from his own parts (it still doesnt work) told us oil was still dirty, on and on and on. We were getting ready to leave when he said he needed another 100$ for the oil and that he made that clear to me over the phone. Um no, not clear. NOTHING about this was clear. We said we would have to go get it from an atm, he said well he needed asap because he had 20$ for the rest of the wknd, and he made it clr but we had a paid infull invoice already? NOT OUR PROBLEM! Then he screamed to not run over his dog. We said we wouldnt run over his dog, he screamed you almost did! That was it, we had words. He is CRAZY ! We called sherriff office. DONT GO TO BRIAN!
